Pre-Cleaning Checklist

Check items off as you go, or print this page and keep it by the door for every future visit.

• Personal items and clutter picked up off floors and counters
• Dishes out of the sink
• Valuables or fragile items put away
• Pets secured or in a separate room if they get anxious around strangers
• Access confirmed — key, code, or someone home
• Any special-attention areas noted (stains, delicate surfaces, etc.)
• Trash cans emptied so we're not cleaning around a full bin
• Fresh linens set out, if you'd like beds made with clean sheets
