Auto Glass Repair FAQ

Will my insurance cover auto glass repair?+

Many comprehensive insurance policies cover glass repair with no deductible, and some cover replacement with only a small deductible. We can check your coverage before we start.

How long does a windshield replacement take?+

Most replacements take 45–90 minutes, but you should avoid driving for at least an hour afterward while the adhesive cures.

Can a cracked windshield really be repaired instead of replaced?+

Yes, if the crack is shorter than about 6 inches, isn't in the driver's direct line of sight, and hasn't spread to the edge of the glass. Otherwise replacement is the safer option.

Do you come to my location?+

Yes — most jobs can be done at your home, office, or wherever your vehicle is parked, at no extra charge within our service area.
