Yes, every cleaner is bonded and insured, and we run background checks before anyone is sent to a home.
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?+
We do our best to send the same cleaner or team for recurring service so they learn your home's preferences.
What's not included in a standard cleaning?+
Standard cleanings cover regular upkeep — deep tasks like inside the oven, baseboards, or interior windows are part of our deep cleaning service.
How much does house cleaning cost?+
Cost depends on your home's size, condition, and how often you'd like service — recurring cleanings typically cost less per visit than one-time cleanings. We provide a free, no-obligation quote before any booking.
Do I need to be home while you clean?+
No — many of our clients aren't home during their cleaning. We can coordinate key or lockbox access, whatever you're most comfortable with.
