Both — a seasonal contract guarantees priority scheduling all winter, or you can request per-storm service if you'd rather pay only when it snows.
How soon after a storm do you plow?+
Seasonal contract customers are cleared on a set trigger depth and priority order agreed to up front; per-storm requests are worked in as capacity allows, with emergency response available for unexpectedly heavy snowfall.
Do you clear walkways and steps, or just the driveway?+
Both — plowing handles the driveway, and hand-shoveling covers walkways, steps, and entrances plows can't reach safely.
What if it snows overnight — will my driveway be clear before I leave for work?+
Seasonal contract routes are scheduled to have residential driveways clear before typical morning commute times; let us know your schedule if you have an early start.
How much does snow removal cost?+
Cost depends on driveway/lot size, whether you choose a seasonal contract or per-storm service, and how much walkway/ice work is included. We provide a free quote before the season starts so there are no surprises mid-winter.
